Pancake Cafe is a family owned business established in 1998 in Middleton, WI. We currently have 5 locations in the Wisconsin and Illinois area. We take pride in offering top notch customer service and home-made entrees. We fresh squeeze our Orange juice daily, slow-roast our corn beef for our award-winning Corn Beef Hash.
