Vendor registration is open. Vendor space will be determined on a first come/first served basis.

Spaces 1-10 are not available at this time.
Spaces 20,21,30, 31, 36, 37, 46, 47, and52have an additional Premium Location fee. (Strike Through booth number indicates that the booth has been reserved.)
Changes to the Business Fair this year:- Hours of Operation: The Business Fair will be open on Friday from 5pm to 10pm, Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 7pm). We will not be open on Monday.
- Display Days: Vendors will have the option of participating on individual days or the entire event.
- Application Fee: We have added a non-refundable Application Fee of $20. Vendors will not be able to choose a space until the Application Fee and Registration Fee are paid.
- Gift bags: We have added a gift bag as an optional marketing opportunity. Gift bags will be distributed to event attendees from the Chamber's display with one item from each vendor that participates in the gift bag distribution. Vendor's item must fit within a 14"X12" bag. Vendors can choose from 3 participation levels (100, 250, or 500 bags).
- Tent Requirements: There will be vendor spaces requiring tents supplied and erected by the Buffalo Grove Public Works Department. Vendors that choose spaces that allow them to bring their own tent must have the tents staked and weighted. The Chamber reserves the right to require removal of any tent that we believe is unsafe.
- Tent Rental: Fee includes 10'x10' tent installation with sidewalls, a 8' table, and two folding chairs.
- Food preparation and sales are not allowed in the Business Fair space.
- Power: Electric hook ups are not available. You may bring your own battery power, but that power supply must fit within your 10'x10' space and not be noisy or produce fumes.
